At IWA, people are at the heart of our business. We build and strengthen community partnerships and challenge ourselves to enable positive changes in people’s lives. We encourage our coaches to be good citizens by providing volunteer opportunities to communities in need. We help them develop leadership skills while giving back. Our commitment to social responsibility and philanthropy is an important part of who we are and what we stand for. Giving back is a huge part of what motivates us as a company and as individuals. IWA coaches are passionate about everything we do, and that includes rolling up our sleeves to make our communities better places.

IWA'S SERVICE WORK
HOW WE GIVE BACK
WHAT WE GIVE
We provide the tools and training in the form of programs, one-on-one coaching, seminars, and workshops to assist communities in need. We help them learn to not only survive but to thrive after trauma. We also guide future generations to do the same.
WHERE WE GIVE
We give both locally and globally through the IWA Global Empowerment Initiative in the following ways:
- We provide the opportunity for students to donate practicum hours to coach those in need in their communities
- We cultivate service-based relationships to provide free tools, training, and scholarships to organizations locally and globally
- We take service trips to help communities in crises to provide free coaching, workshops, and seminars globally
WHY WE GIVE
When local or global communities experience crises, many organizations step up to help meet basic survival needs—food, shelter, clothing, water, and medical care. However, after basic needs have been met, many of these communities are left to overcome the trauma, negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and inability to overcome and thrive. This is where IWA steps in!
